INES MATIĆ, mag.prim.educ. was born in 1991. After finishing primary and grammar school she enrolled at the Faculty of Humanities Social Sciences studying Philosophy for three years. After deciding that she wanted to work with younger generations, she enrolled at the Faculty of Teacher Education where she graduated in 2019, defending her master thesis in the field of performing arts dealing with the reception of plays for children. At the moment she is a student at the Postgraduate Specialist Study of Drama Pedagogy at the Faculty of Teacher Education. For years she had been a member of drama groups in Zagreb Youth Theatre and Tirena Theatre where she played in several plays for children and young adults. She is working as a teacher in primary school and teaching English language where she uses drama techniques as a part of her teaching. She participated in many workshops in ZKM, Tirena Theatre and at the Scientific and Artistic Symposium of Drama Education. At the Symposium she held presentations of her scientific papers dealing with the movement in teaching Croatian language and self-evaluation in drama groups. Her love is translating theatre play scripts.
