A two-volume edition of \u201cThe Routledge Companion to Applied Performance\u201d<\/a> was recently published. It is a book about applied theatre.\u00a0<\/span> The first part, \u201cVolume one \u2013 Mainland Europe, North and Latin America, Southern Africa, and Australia and New Zealand\u201d contains the text \u201cTheatre against violence, action in classrooms\u201d, written by Ines \u0160kufli\u0107<\/a>, Maja Sviben<\/a> and Nina Horvat<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ines, Maja, and Nina wrote about our interactive and educational performances, which they also authored: \u201cThe right to a mistake\u201d, \u201c2042\u201d, \u201cPlug in the computer, plug in the brain\u201d, \u201cLie\u201d and \u201cTouching rock bottom\u201d.<\/p>\n

The play \u201cThe right to a mistake\u201d by Iva Grui\u0107, Ines \u0160kufli\u0107-Horvat and Damir Miholi\u0107 was the first interactive theater play with full audience participation in Croatia in 1998, dealing with the integration of juvenile offender. The interactive performances \u201c2042.\u201d and \u201cPlug in the computer, plug in the brain\u201d by author Maja Sviben dealt with physical and cyber violence, and the performances \u201cLie\u201d and \u201cTouching rock bottom\u201d, signed by Nina Horvat, with the prevention of drug and alcohol addiction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
