Future Telling (Erasmus+)

"Future Telling" is an Erasmus+ youth exchange project, in which the participants of our drama studio take part in various theatre and film workshops in Slovenia every summer.

Since 2018, we have been a partner in the Erasmus+ youth exchange project “Future Telling”, in which our participants take part in various theatre and film workshops in Slovenia every summer. The aim of the project is to exchange working methods of amateur theatres, drama studios and film companies in an international environment and to develop intercultural competences and active European citizenship in addition to artistic skills. The workshops are aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and 27, and in the workshops held so far, participants have been able to learn various acting and dance techniques, improvisational theatre, Shakespearean plays, physical theatre, masks, clowns, devised theater, and the basics of filming and editing.

The partner countries are Belgium, Finland, Italy, Israel, Germany, Slovenia and Croatia, and the project holder is Gledališće Glej from Ljubljana.

Each new edition of “Future Telling” has a theme: previous themes have been The New Generation (2019), System Error (2021) and La Dolce Vita (2022).
