Our founder Ines Škuflić-Horvat and our artistic director Nina Horvat were at the ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering, the world conference of performing arts for children and young people “Turning Point” organized by ASSITEJ Serbia in Belgrade and Novi Sad.
As part ofe the event, a one-day conference “Children and youths right to culture – 10 years later” was held. At the conference, as part of the “Importance of Art for Children and Young People to the Community: Examples of Good Practice” showcase, Nina had a presentation “Bridging the gap – theatre and the school system” in which she presented Tirena’s way of work.
Ines was a participant in the panel “Is There Room for TYA in the Curricula of Drama Academies”, in which she presented the postgraduate professional specialist study in Drama Pedagogy at the Faculty of Teacher Education in Zagreb, where she is a lecturer.
