We are starting a series of online lectures about musicals, given by dramaturg Nina Horvat via the Zoom platform! Learn everything you always wanted to know about musicals but were afraid to ask!
A two-volume edition of “The Routledge Companion to Applied Performance” was recently published, it contains the text “Theatre against violence, action in classrooms”, written by Ines Škuflić, Maja Sviben and Nina Horvat.
Our artistic director Nina Horvat is also the author of some of our plays, and she participated in a regional conference on youth theater organized by the regional platform “Od malih nogu”.
We published a free online publication that serves as an introduction to the art of theater, a reminder of familiar and lesser-known concepts, and an aid when watching a play and in post-performance discussions/analysis.
The Croatian Center for Dramatic Education awarded our theater studio a recognition for the innovative activity achieved by creating and designing a drama studio ‘at a distance’ as an alternative way of working in pandemic conditions.
To make it easier for the kids to stay at home during the pandemic, we decided to help them with different creative tasks and theater games 🙂
